Exciting products to work on, lot of flexibility to try different things. Management generally has the right intentions

Cons

Excess hiring in the last 2-3 years has created too many people for the number of products shipped. Management has become more wary of trying new ideas in current economic environment. Long timers get massively dinged in compensation. New hires easily make 50% more than long tenured employees in equivalent position
