Worst Job I have ever had

Pros

- Co-workers are friendly and responsive - Compensation is good

Cons

- Absolutely no work life balance - Managers only care to keep superiors happy and play politics - Too political - Only have to follow orders and never push back - I have been there 4 years and it definitely the worst work environment I have ever experienced

Great team members, and exciting projects to work on. That makes the day to day work rewording and exciting for career development.

Cons

Leadership changes direction too often, and therefore work often gets shelved based on leadership changes. Project launch dates changed often based on leadership changes.
