Pros
- Decent starting salary and signing bonus - Interesting products and features to work on - Some very smart and talented people work there
Cons
- Raises are small and rare, if any at all. RSUs are only given to those with the worst work-life balance or are active in the company politics - Releases are not well thought out - communication between groups and actual deadlines are non-existant - A power struggle between the Seattle home office and Cupertino/Sunnyvale Lab126 offices causes unnecessary friction due to political and communication issues - Company culture is not diversified, Executive and Upper Management is predominantly male
