Integration shop only and too much politics

Bar of entrance is not as high, talented staff, chance to work on high profile products, look good on resume
Cons
Too cheap. The only benefits is: two piece of fruits per week (note that HR set out email saying strictly two pieces only) and one desert, which is worse than the Costco bought ones. Why paying for sucky food? Politics and more politics. Depending on where you are, you will have medium to heavy loads of politics even if you are an engineer. Because of the headcount reduction, those who plays politics best stays whereas top tier talents who want to ship products left. It's toxic , very toxic. People spread rumors and gossips because of lack of transparency. The killer part is lack of innovation. Most of the org is doing integration work and minimum new feature. The lucky ones who are in the new org (small fraction) are lucky to ship new products, but that's very rare now due to head count reduction.
