Good pay and good benefit

Cons

Only can make lower end products. Bring in vendors to work for their products and people would not learn much things. Employee monitors employee by sending bad e-mail to management

Innovative products, lots of freedom, good work life balance for the most part of the year. Good benefits. Better pay/RSU and faster career growth compared to rest of amazon.com companies.

Cons

Did not find much opportunity for mentoring or getting mentored. Some part of the workforce will make you wonder how they got hired.
