Pros

You can meet a few genuine people that care about others and want to work together in a positive way. Benefits are some of the best offered by any company.

Cons

Rules to follow for associates are very difficult to hold them accountable (mostly positive) but ends in a do nothing and term abruptly way too often. Leadership is a real mess of back stabbing, double crossing and one upping each other. Working in multiple sites and visiting multiple others it's consistent everywhere and in all business lines. If you want a shorter term bridge job that pays pretty ok go for it, if you want a "good" job with work/life balance and a culture you can be satisfied with Pass. 2-3 yrs tenure will get you in the top 25% in a company with over 1M employees WW, that should tell you something.
