Pros

Learn how to be a better leader. Learn better time management skills and organizational skills. You receive a better understanding of why/how operations managers do their jobs.

Cons

People confuse Learning department with HR. Sometimes people that are under review will make complaints to you that are better suited for HR. Noticing possible manager favoritism, or deal with difficult/stubborn people.

Pros

Learning about all the different processes within the warehouse onboarding new associates and just being able to teach something new to a new aa,am etc

Cons

Learning is the heartbeat of any fulfilment center as we grant, revoke permissions, attend meeting with ops, seniors etc. Take care of all compliance as a whole for entire building which leaves us underpaid. This position should start out as an L4 not an L3 as there is more responsibility.
