Pros

They have roles for anything you’d want to get into. Never boring, many unique opportunities to be part of something new.

Cons

Their rapid expansion leads to so many gaps in training when bringing in new hires. Could be grueling for external hires that are expected to get right into it early on. Pay isn’t that great for what the job is about. Can’t really fire low performers so it’s challenging for you to be a top performer when you’re relying on poor performers. If you want to promote, you’d have to put up with a lot.
