Benefits & pay is decent depending on your role & tenure but doesn’t apply to all. Increase of cost of living but wages stager.
Cons
Outsourcing of majority of their high paying roles. There are Americans who have the education and desire to work on tech but those are outsourced; this is now happening more with the smaller spaces like MHLS.
