Inequality promotion opportunities Managers who hates each others and pretend everything is calm and fine. Lot of smiles with a knife in hand for all of them. It happens in all of the sites in the world. If you have a problem and not meet their expectations all the time they will eliminate you quiqly from the team as you never existed. Amazon loves Army people who can push people to die for the company if it will be possible. If the people will complain they will fire even the managers to cover the fact that this is the real cycle of behavior in the company that is learned by everyone.
