Pros

Amazon gives you the opportunity to learn new tech, solve problems at scale, and upskill yourselves to take up new challenges. Unlike popularly perceived there is a good amount of work life balance.

Cons

You have to a good clarity in writing down your thoughts. Not everyone has that skill but needs persistent learning to acquire the skill. Until the new employee adapts to that work culture they might find it difficult. It is not impossible to learn to write better.
