Pros

I've really enjoyed my initial 6 months with Prime Air! The work has been super interesting and my boss and team are supportive and great. The leadership principles are taken really seriously and work as guiding principles for the company, and keep things from getting stale.

Cons

Holy cow is this place chaotic! If strict hierarchies are your thing this won't be the best experience for you. Things move very quickly and projects that aren't working will be abandoned with astonishing speed.
