      Pros

      The pay was okay and initial work from home was great.

      Cons

      Had heard the rumblings about layoffs, my manager told my team to not worry too much about it and "keep drinking the juice". Two months later it happened, but coincidently only the minorities of the team got let go. Everyone else stayed.
