Pros

- Great pay for the area - Good Benefits - Easy systems for managing time off

Cons

- Incredibly hectic work days (sometimes there are lolls) - Culture on paper is not what happens in real life - HR smiles and nods, then checks the box that they did something - Leadership often passes the buck or fails to see the struggle of others - You will feel like a number since there are so many people - Hard to climb within the company without specific types of experience (ie Safety needs EMT, HR needs HR type experience)
