The job had some intense peculiarities, but overall they foster a people forward environment that encourages ideas and innovation. Reasonable expectations of output as far as I've seen.

Cons

The constant experiments can create challenging periods depending on their reach and actual efficacy. And pay is honestly not quite there with the competition.
