Benefits are good and active from day one

Cons

The company is morally bankrupt. They fought me over vacation pay for months, and later targeted me in the workplace and fired me after they lost the case I was forced to bring against them

Great benefits, decent pay. 4 10hr shifts, 3 days off. Work is simple and rarely stressful. Easy to move up within company. Lots of time off options.

Cons

Work can be boring at times, and very repetitive.
