Pros

Benefits, relocation flexibility, I've meet some wonderful people that I am still in touch with even after they've left.

Cons

The hours could be better and I wish there were more opportunities to include your families. Wish I could spend more time with my family.

- Amazon will teach you about your own limitations - Great compensation - Access to interesting projects and top-notch technologies - Brand new offices in attractive locations - Great company picnic and other events - Executive management is top notch

Cons

- Where do you find your managers, in North Korean prisons? - Wicked relationship between business and IT - Indian cliques and the lack of diversity - The culture of drinking alcohol in the office, during the day - Poor support of local initiatives (you are not Microsoft)
