Pros

Fast paced environment. You will learn how to navigate a lot of apps and software. Very good to have on your resume.

Cons

They allow hourly associates to treat managers with disrespect. They are too afraid of getting a lawsuit or being in the news. Employees that have been fired for attendance can return back to the same site after about 90 days. HR is onsite so associates are always wanting to complain to HR. Too many daily conference calls, attempting to hold managers accountable for not meeting goals. Overnight shift is taxing on the body and mind.
