Pros

Innovative, work with really smart people. You get a pedigree with Amazon on your resume. You can make a lot of money too.

Cons

It's like being in a gun battle every day. Working nights put a huge strain on my marriage. At the end I asked myself, how much money would it take for me to do the job and be happy? There was no amount of money that would have made me happy so I walked away.

Pros

Benefits, relocation flexibility, I've meet some wonderful people that I am still in touch with even after they've left.

Cons

The hours could be better and I wish there were more opportunities to include your families. Wish I could spend more time with my family.
