Pros

Set schedule, decent benefits, opportunities for overtime

Cons

Low pay, increasing demand for high numbers, upper management doesn't care about employees, long hours, it's really hot, repetitive work. And you get in trouble for using the bathroom.

Pros

Good pay. Easy hiring process. Good hours. Coworkers are friendly too. The work rate varies depending on the day. October/November gets really heavy.

Cons

Long days. Feet start hurting every now and then from standing. Longer breaks would help. Night shift can get tough with sleeping schedule
