Pros

Good money, good food in the canteen and a lot of appreciation during "peak".

Cons

KPIs are set based on number of products packed but packing a crate full of dog food takes a lot longer than a crate full of small Lego. Watch out for them people who always end up with Lego - Do yourself a favour and don't be the honest worker who always ends up with dog food.
