Pros

•Had many overtime options •Can be cross trained in other departments •Taking time off isn't as complicated. Just put in a request through the app and done. •Managers get switched out every couple of months

Cons

•Depending on the quarter you were forced to work more than usual -12 hour shifts at one point -5 days a week •You're a number •Managers get switched out every couple of months (bad if you had a good manager)
