Pros

Decent pay, health insurance, onsite medical staff, flexibility, employee discount (10%)

Cons

Managers, still have to work when there's literally no work coming from upper floors, they keep track of your on/off time for packing (i.e bathroom breaks are tricky), good chance of getting injuries later, they try to get you to take PTO if there's no work, otherwise you awkwardly sit there until work comes by.
