Pros

The benefits, and extras. Consistent work, compensation for employees in school. You can leave whenever you need to, but it comes out of your your time which you only have so muc of.

Cons

No experience is taken with you. Unless you count professional scanning and putting things in boxes useful as knowledge. Im sure theres other areas you may learn a thing or two. On feet all day, not allowed to sit down except on breaks. (In your car or break room) Its all a big game, they push you to go faster. Was in the top 4 of all the employees 3 times consecutively in 4 months of being there. Not much recognition. Still doing the same things.
