Pros

The pay is half way decent. You don’t have to go through 2 or 3 interviews and wait a month to get the job. Some of the employees I worked with were really good people and missed them when I had to go. It’s a physically hard job and it helps to be young. I was in early 50’s and after so many years it will get to you.

Cons

Management. There is no seniority. The harder you work the more work you get. And you still have to make rates. Which is always being raised. So it depends on the job and every one of them you are being timed on. If management doesn’t like you, you will get harder jobs. When I first started the first few managers we had were great and they tried to be fair to everyone , I hated seeing them go.
