Cons

Unique - or as we say, peculiar - culture that takes some getting used to ... you may wonder several times in your first year or so if you made the right choice. If you hang tough, you'll realize you did.

Strong culture based on values that focus on our customers in an obsessive way. High paced innovation environment where everyone is valued.

Cons

Very fast paced - not for someone that is used to predictable slow work life Hyper Growth - with large growth of the AWS organization constant attention to ensuring culture remains at a very high bar is difficult.
