Pros

You work with really smart people and learn amazing skills. The Working Backwards process is awesome and the focus on data driven decision making.

Cons

The culture is brutal. It's not somewhere you want to stay long. Very intense and stressful. There is a huge more emphasis on managing up which takes up more time than actually creating great products for customers. Quality control is software is poor, there too much emphasis on hitting dates than meeting quality bars. Frequently software is shipped riddled with bugs.
