Pros

Lots of learning, strong onboarding process, smart teammates, excellent compensation, work life balance (for me; team dependent).

Cons

-Need to set clear boundaries to protect nonwork time. -There is a lot of duplication of effort, and teams are not aware that other groups are working on (or have solved) similar problems. -The benefits (esp 401k) are minimal, but that is balanced out by a strong total compensation package.
