Pros

Very great company to explore and develop new skills. There is quite a bit of freedom to work unhindered and innovate. The Amazon leadership principals are very useful and practiced in every decision and day to day work. The teams are small enough to make quick decisions and maintain high velocity. Work life harmony is reasonable, it is up to the individual to manage their time and workload responsibly. Senior management is outstanding.

Cons

It can be difficult to gain a deep understanding the company processes and mechanisms at first. However, they are valuable and need to be learned as quickly as possible.
