Pros

I work in Amazon's Detroit office and really enjoy the work that I do and the people I work with. I feel like I have a big impact, and my colleagues are friendly, helpful, and very very smart.

Cons

The work culture can be pretty intense, and it takes a lot of effort to get work-life balance right.
