Pros

Amazon to me to be a leader. The leadership principles are very well formed and act as DNA of the company. As builders, people are ultra-focussed on customer needs, new ideas and delivering continuously.

Cons

Not a pay master, perks are not great. The most monetary gain comes from the growth in stock value. So be ready to accept lowered total comp from previous year. :)

Pros

If you like challenges and want to deliver on a huge scale this is the place to be.

Cons

Sometimes the environment gets a bit overwhelming with the wealth of internal software.
