Pros

- Obsessed about customers - Actually have a set of principles and abide by them - Continuous improvement of company values and culture - Vocally self critical on areas where we lag and take steps to improve - Talented and amazing people to work with

Cons

- Work life balance may not be ideal, but one has to work to achieve a good separation. It is not easy but doable
