Pros

People, job is pretty easy,

Cons

Management, favoritism, some of them just don't care. Hard to move up, if your not the favorite.

Pros

Career Choice and ATA are amazing but that's the only growth worth pursuing.

Cons

Work load is not evenly distributed, nothing incentivizes good work. Hard workers bust their a**** and get the same pay as the people slacking off. You might get a voucher with credit towards snacks but that's just a slap in the face rather than an actual, meaningful reward. Managers hired are most likely not internal and need to be completely trained rather than focusing on internal hires who understand the processes at the warehouse. There is unnecessary drama all the time and at many points feels like high school. Work at the warehouse only if you love that environment and want to grow in a warehouse setting, or you are trying to pursue other educations.

Advancement favoritism

Pros

This role is a step up from a general warehouse associate and helps to give a little bit insight in to operations and how things work.

Cons

Hard work isn't rewarded as favoritism/nepotism often determines who gets the opportunity progress.
