Pros

Benefits: - Medical Plans - Dental and Vision options - 401K - Career Choice Program - Work Schedule Accommodations (for School, Religion or Hardships)

Cons

- Toxic work culture - For the most part, careless/unknowledgeable management - More emphasis on productivity vs safety - Associates can have little interaction with each other without reprimand from leadership - Tedious work / long shifts

Pros

Letting managment know you want to advance pays off. I worked hard and learned as much as possible on my own. Management saw this and I went from picker to ambassador to auditor to process guide in a month.

Cons

Communication can be better overall.
