The leadership principle is the soul of Amazon, which make it bias for action, quick for decision, think long and big. These are clear advantages over traditional large companies where the decision is always slow

Cons

The retail supply chain might be the best but manufacturing supply chain is not. Amazon has to admit that it is not always best on everything and should trust and empower external experts on this subject. There is not open door policy or round table so it seems that working level has no access to higher management. Not everything is suitable for DOC review, PPT should be used in some cases
