Pros

The pay for office staff is solid, only if you are an external hire.

Cons

Having a chair is considered a luxury, training comes in form of a 1:1 phone call talking over a spreadsheet/powerpoint, I am on my 3rd manager and have met none face to face, there is an extreme lack of understanding of work load from Seattle, you will feel like you have 6 bosses who dont communicate at all, you do not get to participate in your own annual performance review. There is little to no resources outside of tribal knowledge. You will be the manager for people on all shifts, even though you will work days m-f. You will become manager of the onsite vendors and will actually do very little procurement work.
