Pros

A very hardworking and lively environment. Never runs out of things or new project to work on

Cons

The performance ratings are done solely managers, not by your peers or people you work with. You'd have to be under a good manager to be rated fairly.

Pros

If you like challenges, getting those grey cells working, do not settle for mediocrity, are customer obsessed this is the place for you.

Cons

It might get overwhelming at times to keep thinking out of the box, when you are not at your best

Pros

You get to work on new ideas and technologies

Cons

With hiring freeze and reducing team sizes, there is very little scope for growth, especially at L6 and higher levels.
