Pros

Not an easy task to get in the ranks of Amazon, but once you're in you realize why its worth a while. Amazon as a company really stands behind what they believe in, an meets the expectation of a global hyper company that deals with such a large scales. Personally, its a great place to build a career as a professional, change paths and get directions of what an individual might want to achieve through out their career life. Amazon for sure will try to make things possible.

Cons

As said in Pros, its not an easy place to get your foot in, interview processes can be intimidating and even then first experience can look scary once you realize at what scale this company works and how many thins are making it running. It can be a struggle, or not depending of persons confidence. Also being part of such huge teams of people might feel like you're becoming a number, but then that's normal with an employer with over 1.4 million people making it all happen.

Pros

Working with lot's of smart people, opportunity for personal development. Great workplace culture for people willing to learn. Excellent support form team during onboarding process. Competitive salary and benefits. No dress code.

Cons

Your first couple weeks you will be exposed to huge amount of information what can be stressful sometimes. You have to keep yourself motivated all the times, most of things as a DCO you will have to learn from manuals. 12 hours shifts can be stressful sometimes.
