      Tons to learn from working at this company. Lots of amazing people and processes to grow and learn from. I valued my time here. Benefits are great as well.

      Cons

      Work life balance can be drastically different team to team. Working virtually on my current team is brutal. The leadership principles and processes are used to just burn people out with constant momentum.
