      Pros

      Large company with many opportunities to explore your interests. You have the freedom to pursue projects you identify as long as you communicate your plans to management. The workforce is very diverse, which leads to a great pool of talent to learn from.

      Cons

      No tuition reimbursement program outside of the fulfillment centers. Only get six paid holidays in the US. Outside of Seattle, employees don't get paid sick leave, it's deducted from PTO.

      Pros

      Amazon is a unique company and gives you a life time opportunity to learn many things within really short period of time. Some people would find it challenging and hard, some people would consider it as a great work experience and learning. Amazon is truly customer centric company and I'm endlessly grateful that I had a chance to work here for about 4 years.

      Cons

      Sometimes you get a feeling that 1 months at the company counts for a year. Actually, you have this feeling all the time - sometimes the workload is crazy, there is a lot of ambiguity and unless you excel in time management and stress resistant, you don't have the chance to survive.

      Pros

      Your dog can come to work with you, free coffee, Stock keeps going up

      Cons

      The company culture is hostile on purpose and nothing can get done because no one responses to emails no matter how many times you follow up. Truly no one cares about anyone else and are only out to make themselves look like they are better so they can get leveled up and get more stock. The company culture requires you to hold hour long meetings with 15+ "stake holders" where instead of discussing your project, you write a 5 page doc and everyone sits on the phone to read. then everyone argues about how the doc was written and Its a huge waste of time and nothing gets done. If you like sitting in long meetings with people yelling at each other this is the place for you.
