Pros

A lot of opportunities to grow, learn and meet some of the best folks in the industry. Innovation is almost in every corner and a lot of opportunities to improve the company and your professional skills.

Cons

No real training and you need to find persons who will help you grow and learn. A lot of competition and your success depends from the team that you're in. It's usual practice for most people to change teams or responsibilities almost every year/year and a half for two reasons. 1) Might not always have the opportunity to grow vertically so if you want to advance in your career you have to move horizontally. 2) Bad guys don't want to show their real face (attention to these type of colleagues, you might meet many).

Pros

Management team is very supportive, brilliant as well as peers. Great challenges and projects. You have the opportunity of working with people and teams around the world. Agile approach.

Cons

Positive experience depends on the team you work for. Low to none salary increments annually. Frugality principle could sometimes be negative.

Pros

Great benefits, great salary, it could be fun place to work. I like it most of the time.

Cons

I had many managers. Some of them are very hard to work for, especially the one that don't know what they are doing. Some of military folks forget that they are no longer in the military and they need to treat people with some respect.
