Cons

Constant change with no learning curve. Follows European business model in US. Team MUST have low performer, even if there isn't one, team lead has to choose.

Cons

Slimy and dishonest promotion policies Lack of communication and support from L7+ regional management On-call 24/7 for Sev events, 16-18 hour days are expected without compensation. Leadership Principles are just words on a wall. Senior Leadership do not uphold or reflect values.
