- College Benefits - Vision Benefits - Overall Health Benefits

Cons

- Work under every and all elements except, extreme winds and lightning. - No incentive to learning any GSE (Ground Support Equipment) besides the possibility of move up. - Despite working outside, battling the elements and having far more risks when it comes to termination, get paid less than the people whom work inside.
