Pros

- Outdoors - Good Workout - Working in/around Aircraft

Cons

Management is a joke. They manage airplanes/flights - not the employees. So many people get away with not obtaining certs/license (a requirement per job application), plus sitting in the break rooms for a 10 hour shift. Yes, we all got paid the same.

Pros

Easy to get hired - no interviews Easy use of time off - can even use during shift. It's all on your phone and you can just not show up and you don't have to talk to anyone. Leadership is incompetent but they do care about you.

Cons

Worst management I've ever seen. They implement new "safety" rules weekly which just results in confusion and injury. They are usually new hire college graduates who don't understand the operation. As a ramp worker, you often times spend more time inside the warehouse than outside servicing planes.
