Bad management

Pros

Pay is decent. Lots of chances for overtime

Cons

Favoritism is rampant here. Very poor management. They don’t want to be bothered with you, unless you’re a favorite. If you’re not a favorite expect to be badgered about time off task and your rate constantly. If you’re a favorite you can expect to stand around the managers desk and do nothing all day. Don’t worry about time of task because you will be keyed in for a “ special project” I’ve worked for Amazon for 5 years and have had 18 different managers. Preach safety and rules constantly but there’s really no consequences for breaking them, for some people, so people just basically do what they want. Come here if you don’t mind working with lazy people who stand around and do nothing all day while you bust your butt and management looks the other way.
