-Many lateral opportunities in different area's so long your manager approves -Flexibility in work location/environment -No presentations

Cons

-Low base pay, High turnover due to stock cliff -Lack of vision from L6/7 level managers and L8 directors -Toxic work culture at all levels -Unfair URA Targets, a common practice to pip based on leadership principals and not based on project results -Delusional writing principals for white papers
