Pros

Good company for freshers. Good starting salary. No dress code. Free AC cab. One shift. Sat, sun OFF. OT on sat or peak season. Fun activities. Young crowd.

Cons

Less Salary compared to workload. Growth after second level is very difficult. Work Overload. No OT for some dept. Work life balance is low. Politics in promotion and performance award. Recognition from management is negligible. Favouritism by managers and more ofthen than not preference given to female employees. Dont feel rewarded or motivated rather feel over used like a machine running behind metrics.
