Pros

Health, eye, dental was good

Cons

Everything else. The pay was low, the job was stressful, management is mostly clueless to actual day to day activities and requirements. After increasing the productivity of my department from 25 units per labor hour throughput to 44 units per labor hour and growing the department I got nothing in return, no promotion, no raise, not even a hey good job or a pat on the back.

Pros

Decent pay, full benefits starting day one, a lot of co-workers are decent and will help you out when management fails to do so

Cons

Negative atmosphere, managers play favorites and are very lazy, they claim to care about individual employees when really we were just numbers, hourly rate artificially high due to coworkers cheating the system, high turnover rate, gave me two mental breakdowns in less than six months (I am an honest hard-worker who refused to cheat)
