Flexible hours, good health benefits.

Cons

10 hour shifts too long. Mostly automated processes.For example 6 minutes late bad you need to use PTO, 5 minutes late you're within the grace period. Request for vacation put in before 24 hours automatically approved but after 24 hours you'll probably have to talk to somebody.
