Pros

Pros: *Average pay/hour £13 - Tier 1 *Enhanced benefits packages ( Dental, Life, Critical Illness Insurance, different holiday entitlements, support from some Senior Leadership, Career Choice Programme, Voice of Associates, strict health and safety policies and procedures, clean canteens and toilets, amazon giveaways, etc

Cons

There are not many step-up or perm positions for roles such as HR assistant, team lead, etc. Competition is too tight between candidates.

Pros

PTO was great, I would be able to go home early.

Cons

A lot of times, they gave too much PTO, which meant no money.
